Thanks for the time you spent with me on the phone today. This is to confirm my order for one (1) #2 Morse taper stainless steel mandrel.

I have been using your threaded mandrel since 1995 on a small lathe. I recently purchased a larger lathe and now require the Morse taper mandrel.

I have almost every mandrel available from Woodcraft, Hut, Craft Supplies, Berea Hardwoods, etc. and yours is by far the best I’ve ever used.

I have made over 1,000 pens with overwhelming majority having been made on your mandrel. It is supremely accurate and there is no play or give when you bring the tail stock up tight.

Dear Mr. Garciacano,

The products that I have received from you have proven to be so helpful in making pens  that I wanted  to write to let you know how much I appreciate the excellent tools you make.  The mandrels with the small spur centers and the very precise bushings have enabled me to produce some very nice pens.  The finish on the wood  using the Micro Mesh sandpaper is unbelievably smooth.   Also, I want to tell you how well the two 'skouges' have worked for me.   I'm teaching my neighbor how to turn wood on the lathe and he remarked how good they cut.

So, thank you for the great tools that I have obtained from you.  They are all outstanding.
